Goals
The programmes were formulated to help you transform both your anatomical and physiological well-being in an optional competitive environment in ways you may have only dreamed possible.
• Anatomical: These changes were targeted to retain desired muscle-mass while losing unwanted body-fat; however, there were also participants who were just
seeking increased fitness and improved muscle-mass.
• Physiological: An essential part of the programme was to use a variety of exercises to increase your cardio-vascular fitness and so to speed your anatomical
transformation.
• Competition: Each participant had the option to enter the worldwide 12-week competitive Turbulence Training (TT) challenges run by Craig Ballantyne, which ended in 2018. The internationally-recognized TT programme formed a solid base for the Ali Fox 12-week Challenges and her associated personal-remodelling programmes that became a regular feature of Ali Fox activities for both men and women. While some Foxes seek weight-loss, there are others who are concerned about athletic performance and avoiding any related loss of muscle-mass. The Ali Fox programmes sought to cater for all of these personal objectives and employed plans for exercise, nutrition, and mental aspects – with a specialization in helping recent mothers regain or surpass their pre-pregnancy body-forms and fitness.
Ages
• The Ali Fox programmes catered for all ages, and saw a grandparent, parent and child all working together.
• Mothers with busy lives that involve young children were a special focus for Ali Fox in helping them manage their lives to incorporate exercise and nutritional guides to improve their quality of life.
Measurements
• The success of your progress in achieving your transformation was assessed both quantitatively and qualitatively.
• For quantitative assessments, your weight and key measurements were recorded at the beginning and end of the multi-week programme.
• Positive changes in these anatomical metrics should clearly be reflected, albeit qualitatively, in your appearance; so, Before and After photos were recorded for each of the participants.
Activities
• To cater for the various needs and time-commitments of the participants, a variety of options were available when registering for the Challenges.
• Participants had a wide range of capabilities; however, all were included in a variety of classes that include Boxing, Cardio, Body-Weight sessions, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
• Programmes included exciting workout challenges, team competitions, high-energy coaching and opportunities for your constant improvement and education.
• Separate activities were offered that included the very popular Muddy Fox events.
• Meditational activities were also offered separately for participants in Ali Fox programmes.
• The completion of each 12-week Transformation involved a celebratory Graduation Party with a range of awards and prizes to recognize achievements during the programme.

3 Incentives, and
4 A timeline.
• 24/7 support was provided with a Private Facebook forum where you could:
° Share motivation,
° Tips,
° Achievements,
° Post workouts, and
° Chat with Ali and fellow Foxes.

• Apart from increased activity, most participants also needed to review their nutritional programme to speed the progress towards their desired transformation.
• Ali Fox was trained to provide such nutritional advice and also to offer a variety of key nutritional Isagenix products.
Locations
• Measurements and weigh-ins were conducted at the Fox Studio in Margate.
• Regular Sessions were held at Suttons Beach: on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday.
• Additional work-out opportunities were also available at the Fox Studio.
